As a Quality Manager, you are a dynamic and multifaceted person, with a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking and communication capabilities. You will be working with directly with a quality and production teams, and indirectly with logistics and commercial teams.

Daily activities:

  • Enforce quality standards
  • Review and analyze data to improve the quality department
  • Identify patterns and trends, spot anomalies, and find solutions
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into quality performance
  • Guarantee quality across all the company departments
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner, explaining findings and insights in a way that is easy to understand, even for those who are not experts

Your expertise:

You must be an ambitious quality manager professional, with a degree in Quality or a related field, experienced in a similar role and knowledge of at least some of the following:

  • Strong EXCEL knowledge
  • English as a natural language
  • Previous experience
  • Knowledge of HACCP and IFS norms

  • Keen eye for detail to ensure that data is clean, accurate, and reliable
  • Communication skills
  • Proactivity and autonomy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
