As a Quality Manager, you are a dynamic and multifaceted person, with a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking and communication capabilities. You will be working with directly with a quality and production teams, and indirectly with logistics and commercial teams.
Daily activities:
Enforce quality standards
Review and analyze data to improve the quality department
Identify patterns and trends, spot anomalies, and find solutions
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide ongoing visibility into quality performance
Guarantee quality across all the company departments
Communicate in a clear and concise manner, explaining findings and insights in a way that is easy to understand, even for those who are not experts
To form the team
Your expertise:
You must be an ambitious quality manager professional, with a degree in Quality or a related field, experienced in a similar role and knowledge of at least some of the following:
Strong EXCEL knowledge
English as a natural language
Previous experience
Knowledge of HACCP and IFS norms

Keen eye for detail to ensure that data is clean, accurate, and reliable
Communication skills
Proactivity and autonomy
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
